I ran yesterday...it was hard. My legs felt heavy and my lungs hurt and it felt like I couldn't breathe. I had worked out my abs on Sunday so my abs were sore and they hurt when I ran. Plus the bottom of my right foot starts feeling pulled when I go a certain distance. We traveled 3.47 miles but we probably only ran about 1/2 mile. I am going to try and run more today because I know that it will be better in the long run if I try and push myself to do more. This is definitely a challenge, but I feel like my body needs a challenge. I am used to walking at least 3 miles a day so I don't get tired when I do that anymore. When I run, as mentioned above, I am tired! It is tough but I am determined. I want to be able to run a 5K someday.
