The biggest obstacle that I have for exercise is time. I know this is an excuse but I usually have work from 8 - 4, then at least 3 - 4 days a week I have something to do after work that calls me away from home. I don't have a gym membership and usually by the time I get home it is dark so I just am dealing with the classic problem of NOT ENOUGH TIME! I am going to try and jog/walk this afternoon for 30 minutes. Hopefully that is enough. I think I can do it for 30 minutes tomorrow too...but Wednesday is packed full of stuff to do...we will see how it goes.
